Questions & answers

Our head office is in Kimana, Kajiado County, near Amboseli. We have two offices in Nairobi: our main branch on Pumwani Road and a second point on Kombo Munyiri Road. These are the places customers bring their goods before we send them down the road.

No — customers bring their goods to our nearest branch themselves. In Nairobi, that is our office on Pumwani Road or Kombo Munyiri Road. The person receiving the goods at the other end collects from our branch in their town.

Mostly appliances and home goods for shop owners — fridges, cookers, TVs, furniture and all sorts of things bought in Nairobi. We also carry sacks of cereal, shoes or mixed goods, mitumba bales, cartons, 20-litre jerricans and loose items like nails or cushions. If you are not sure, just call us and we will tell you the rate.

You can pay by M-Pesa (till or paybill), bank transfer or cash at the branch when you drop off. Regular customers can arrange to pay monthly.

If you drop your goods off in the morning, they usually arrive at the Kimana or Loitoktok branch the same day. For afternoon drop-offs it is typically the next day, depending on how much is on the vehicle and the road conditions.

Items with a declared value are covered. If something goes wrong, report it within 24 hours using the waybill number on your receipt and we will sort it out.

Often yes. Most towns along the Kajiado road and nearby areas can be reached on request. Call us with your drop-off location and the destination, and we will let you know if we can do it and what it will cost.
